In order to deliver the highest quality imprint possible, we require vectors or high-resolution (300-600 DPI) designs. Our professional artists will attempt to recreate or clean all artwork submitted that does not meet the resolution requirements.


  • Please note added work involving cleaning or recreating any artwork will result in order delays. If Discount Mugs is not able to properly edit or recreate a low-resolution file, attempts to contact you will be made in order to resolve the issue. If unable to reach you, your order will be subject to cancellation and a refund will be issued within 15 business days. Discount Mugs will not be responsible for production delays resulting from submitted low-resolution images.
