All claims must be reported within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Please, inspect your order thoroughly immediately upon arrival. To Create a Ticket please head to the footer section of the Discount Mugs website and click on the Place a Ticket link to be directed onto the support portal. Next click the Create Ticket link found in the support section of the page and complete the New Ticket form.


Please open one ticket only and provide us with all the necessary information e.g. incorrect item, poor imprint, shortage, broken items etc. Attach digital images depicting the issue at hand and upload group images if the problem extends to more than one item. Discount Mugs will require visual of all affected items and will either find a prompt resolution or contact you in the event additional information is required.
